Geoff Druce, Head of Learning and Development at AWE, comments:
The AWE apprenticeships are an excellent chance for young people with an interest in engineering to gain real workplace experience in the engineering industry whilst gaining a work based qualification, and earning at the same time. At the end of their training, the apprentices will be fully qualified engineers with highly successful and well paid careers ahead of them.
AWE is holding an open day for school leavers and college students to find out more about the AWE apprenticeship programme ad to speak to apprentices ad instructors on Tuesday 1st December, 3pm-8pm at Tadley Library, Mulfords Hill.
AWE looks forward to continuing to inspire the great minds of the future with new apprentice who will join our business next year.
