At AWE we recognise our responsibility to preserve, protect and improve the environment for present and future generations.
We are very conscious of our potential to affect the environment, and we continuously strive to further improve our environmental performance in all aspects of our operations and processes. This is reflected in our Company Policy Statement which can be found under the Publications section.

To ensure we understand and control our impact on the environment, we have implemented an Environmental Management System accredited to the internationally recognised standard ISO 14001. External auditors visit every six months to ensure we continue to meet requirements and show continual improvement in environmental management.
