The size and diversity of our business creates an enormous range of opportunities for engineers.

Most of our graduate programmes last two years, with a series of three to six month placements that will give you exposure to both practical and strategic projects. If you join us with a Bachelors degree, we’ll offer you support to do a Masters and help you gain professional accreditations such as IMechE, IET, RSC, IoM3 or IChemE.
