You can apply online or by application form (obtainable by calling 0118 982 9009) and, if you meet our minimum requirements, we’ll ask you to attend an initial testing session.
If you are asked to come for an interview, we’ll give you some time to see and understand about the relevant Personal Protective Equipment. This is required for several of the roles and placements in our Front Line Worker Programme and we’ll also give you some essential information about your possible working environment.
Pass the interview and we’ll offer you a job, subject to the usual checks, including references, security clearance and occupational health enquiries (to ensure you meet the health and safety requirements set down for the role and the operating environment you’ll be working in). Typically, this process takes around 3-4 months.
