In terms of offering the full package, AWE is up there with the best of them. Starting salaries for graduates range from £21,000 depending on your skills and experience, and will be reviewed every six months during the early stages of your career in line with your performance and development. 

Where appropriate we’ll provide financial support for professional study, and will pay your membership fees for up to two recognised institutions per year. We also offer a £2.5K graduate package as a contribution to your initial expenses and you will be eligible to join our final-salary pension scheme from day one.
