Sponsored development AWE

If your job demands that you develop a specific set of skills – perhaps through a part-time university course or vocational training – we will make sure you have all the support you need. That could include payment of fees, memberships and exams, time off to study and financial help for essential books.

In a very small number of cases we do sponsor employees to go on full-time college or university courses. The level of support we offer ranges from full sponsorship through to the more typical example of an employee attending university on Special Unpaid Leave and returning to AWE during their vacations.
