Training & development
For all roles, we will make sure you have technical training that’s relevant to your area so you have the skills and tools to do your job well. If you are working in a specialist function, you may also be encouraged to study for professional qualifications from the appropriate professional body.
From time to time you may also feel that you want to develop your personal skills in a particular area such as communication or leadership. We will work you with on a one-to-one basis to decide what’s right for you.
