We’re looking for people who are serious about engineering and will treat an Apprenticeship as the first step on a long-term career.
You’ll need to be the kind of person who is keen to learn – whether at college or at work – and will make the most of every opportunity that comes your way.
You’ll also need the right attitude when it comes to health & safety and following instructions to ensure a safe and secure working and learning environment.
Qualifications are not essential. You’ll need to demonstrate a practical aptitude for technology, an interest in pursuing a long term engineering career and a positive committed attitude to completing your training.
All candidates eligible to work at AWE will be invited in for ability testing and only those who reach the appropriate standard will be invited back for interview.
Advertising commences in November and the closing date is in late January. Selected candidates then join in August.
