Code of Ethics

The behaviour we expect of our employees is set out in our Code of Ethics. It is applicable to all our employees, setting out the principles we work by and supports us in making the right decisions.

Our behaviours impact every element of our organisation and are fundamental to who we are and what we do. Our Code of Ethics describes how everyone working on our sites is expected to behave.

Raising ethical concerns

We encourage all employees and stakeholders to raise ethical questions or concerns. We have a confidential reporting channel which provides employees with a means to share any ethical concerns they may have. Regular reporting on the channel is provided to our Audit Committee.
