AWE has launched @AWE_plc on Twitter- the first official social media account for AWE.
We hope people will follow us to hear about news, recruitment opportunities, technical articles by our experts and stories from our historical archives.
Our first tweet – ‘Welcome to life @AWE_plc’ hints at how we will use Twitter to share insights from AWE scientists, engineers, apprentices, graduates and many more, about what it’s like to work ‘behind the wire’.
For many of its 5000+ employees, life @AWE_plc means working with cutting-edge science and technology. Collaborating with our engineering and manufacturing teams, our scientists also provide innovative solutions to enhance national nuclear
security.
Follow us on Twitter to hear about our scientific endeavours, community news, work with local schools to support diversity in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) and much more.
