Use environmental science to help AWE operate responsibly, safely and in line with regulatory requirements. You will contribute to real work, learn from experienced colleagues and build experience that can shape your future career.

LOCATION: ALDERMASTON NEAR READING
You’ll be based at our Aldermaston site near Reading.
We work a nine-day fortnight. That means every other Friday off work & 270 hours of annual leave.

- Collect and analyse aqueous, airborne particulate, sediment and organic samples.
- Learn how environmental permits and regulatory reporting work in practice.
- Support environmental programme reviews and Best Available Techniques studies.
- Help develop field-sampling capability.
