If tracking, planning and making things run like clockwork sounds like your kind of role then our logistics and transport placement might just be your perfect opportunity.
Our Operations team play a critical role in supporting the Defence Nuclear Organisation (DNO), part of the Ministry of Defence (MOD), to maintain our national security.
You’ll join the Non-Nuclear Operations and Transport Group and support on all things around the safe and secure movement of materials needed for our mission.
Our work is of the highest national security so you must be a British Citizen to apply.
WHAT DISCIPLINES MAY FIT THIS ROLE BEST?
All degrees are considered, but a keen interest in systems, logistics, process and planning would be useful in this area.
A full UK driving license would be beneficial.
LOCATION: ALDERMASTON NEAR READING
You’ll be based at our Aldermaston site near Reading.
We work a nine-day fortnight. That means every other Friday off work + 270 hours of annual leave.

What you could be working on
Interesting role with the opportunity to work across various functions in the business, through knowledge, systems available and other subject matter expertise for the identification of components.
Support goods receipt, warehousing, distribution, stock management and material control.
Gain exposure to inventory management and auditing, transport, fleet activity and safe movement of specialist materials.
Work with customers and suppliers across logistics and material-management activities.
Support accurate record-keeping, disposal processes and stock-replenishment plans.
