AWE pledges it’s Time to Change

AWE has signed the Time to Change Pledge, a public commitment to reducing the stigma around mental health and prioritising the mental and physical health of all its employees.

Time to Change is a growing social movement working to change the way that we all think and act about mental health problems. Mental health issues can affect anybody and AWE held a series of on-site Health and Wellbeing Events to highlight where to get help and advice if necessary. They also included sessions covering information around how to improve and maintain personal health and wellbeing.

Employees were offered consultations on financial wellbeing, physical health checks including blood pressure checks and BMI, plus taster stress-reduction massages and advice on nutrition.
